Frequently Asked Questions
Q. If I buy a Honda Care/Acura Care contract during the litigation will it be valid.
A. Yes, all contracts purchased from us are valid.
Q. My dealer told me that contracts purchased over the internet will not be honored. Is this true?
A. That is not true at all. All Honda Care contracts are good nationwide, and are good at any Honda dealership. It is part of the Honda franchise agreement that all Honda Dealers accept Honda Care regardless of where it was sold.
Q. Now that the injunction has been overturned when will Honda force you stop selling online?
A. We are not exactly sure. In the Jan. 29th 2009 Automotive News article Honda Spokesperson Chris Martin stated "We're not taking any action until the suit is resolved, we don't want to confuse the dealers."
